This sign is in Excellent Plus (Exl +) condition overall, and is an extremely clean of an example of this now nearly 80-year-old sign. Some very light chipping at the bottom edge, and a couple of very small scratches on the sign face are the only visible blemishes on the sign, and all of them are extremely minor flaws.
